Anita Holford is a freelance communications practitioner and copywriter. She specialises in working with music organisations with a social or educational purpose, helping them to break down barriers to what they offer, achieve greater reach and impact, and secure funding and support.
She has a breadth of experience communicating with, for and to a range of different groups, as a result of her work with a wide range of clients. Examples include national organisations such as Youth Music; local/regional music education hubs and music/arts organisations; an international water and sanitation charity; and a number of care homes. She also has experience in running, evaluating impact and fundraising for community music and music education programmes (three years as member of senior management team of music charity, The Music Works). Julie Neville

Julie is a trainer, project manager and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience working in the youth, community and education sectors. She manages the Arts Award training and support agency for Kent, is a moderator for the award and is a national Associate for Trinity College London specialising in the formal education sector, whilst previously leading on digital arts, youth work and NPOs. Julie is also the Artsmark trainer for Artswork Bridge in East Kent. She offers CPD, mentoring and consultancy around creative education and curriculum, community collaboration and young people taking the lead in the arts. Julie has experience of communications management in the voluntary sector, has been a voluntary youth leader with Girlguiding for over twenty years and is a freelance photographer.
